These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of products from HVAC Supply Pro LLC ("HVAC Supply Pro," "we," "us," or "our") through hvacsupplypro.com (the "Site"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. PRODUCTS, PRICING & ACCURACY

We make every effort to display accurate pricing and product information. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or information errors, and to cancel or refuse any order, at any time, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. Product images are representative and may not depict the exact unit shipped (e.g., packaging, minor cosmetic revisions).

2. PRODUCT SELECTION & SIZING

HVAC Supply Pro is not liable for, and does not warrant, the suitability of any equipment for your particular application, home, or job site. Any product recommendations, sizing guidance, or tonnage suggestions provided by our team or website tools are offered as a courtesy only. Final responsibility for confirming correct system sizing and equipment selection rests solely with the customer and/or their licensed installer.

3. LICENSED INSTALLATION REQUIRED - EPA NOTICE

Federal law (the Clean Air Act and EPA regulations governing refrigerants, including R-454B and R-32) prohibits any person from opening, connecting, or otherwise handling the refrigerant circuit of any unit sold on this Site unless that person holds the appropriate EPA certification (e.g., Section 608/609). All equipment purchased from HVAC Supply Pro must be installed by a licensed HVAC professional in accordance with the manufacturer's installation instructions and all applicable federal, state, and local building and safety codes. By purchasing from this Site, you acknowledge this requirement and assume full responsibility for ensuring your equipment is installed and maintained by a properly licensed professional.

4. CONTRACTOR DISCLAIMER

HVAC Supply Pro does not employ, endorse, or guarantee the work of any installer or contractor you may hire to install your equipment. Any contractor you engage is not an agent, partner, or employee of HVAC Supply Pro. You are solely responsible for vetting the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any installer you choose to hire.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All equipment ships via LTL freight. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, weather, or other factors outside our control. HVAC Supply Pro is not liable for delays in shipping or changes to estimated delivery windows. 6. RETURNS, RESTOCKING FEES & CANCELLATIONS

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused equipment in its original packaging, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight is the customer's responsibility. Equipment that has been installed cannot be returned. Freight damage claims are handled as replacements, not refunds, provided damage was noted at the time of delivery. 7. WARRANTY

Equipment sold on this Site is covered by the applicable manufacturer's limited parts warranty (Trane, RunTru, or Everwell, as applicable). HVAC Supply Pro does not provide its own independent warranty beyond facilitating the manufacturer's warranty process. Labor for warranty repairs is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise arranged with your installer. Full details are available on our Warranty page.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC Supply Pro's total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. HVAC Supply Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, property damage, or costs of installation or reinstallation, arising from the sale, delivery, installation, or use of any product purchased through this Site.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Lee County, Florida.

10. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order governs that transaction.
