Manufacturer coverageWarranty Information
Every unit is brand-new and covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty.
Last updated: August 21, 2026
All equipment sold by HVAC Supply Pro is brand-new and covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer (Trane, RunTru, or Everwell) — HVAC Supply Pro helps facilitate warranty claims but does not extend its own separate warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides.
Coverage is not the same across brands. Trane and RunTru carry the longer terms described below. Everwell's terms are materially shorter — read that section before assuming ten years of parts coverage on any unit.
Trane & RunTru Warranty Overview
- Base Limited Warranty (unregistered): If your unit is not registered, it is automatically covered under the manufacturer's Base Limited Warranty, which generally covers parts replacement for 5 years from the installation date.
- Registered Limited Warranty: Registering your equipment within 60 days of installation extends parts coverage to 10 years on most components. Select components (such as the heat exchanger on qualifying models) may carry longer coverage — see your unit's warranty certificate for specifics.
- How to register: Register at trane.com or runtru.com (or through the registration card/QR code included with your unit). We strongly recommend registering within 60 days of installation to lock in the longer coverage.
Everwell Warranty Overview
Everwell sets its terms per product line, and they are shorter than the Trane and RunTru coverage above. For the MKTH-17 mini-split series, Everwell's published limited warranty — with valid registration — is:
- Compressor: 5 years
- Parts: 2 years
- Coil: 1 year
- Control remote: 30 days
Two conditions apply to all of it: the unit must be installed by a licensed HVAC technician, and it must be registered at everwell-ac.com/warranty within 60 days of installation. Covered replacement parts are supplied at no cost; shipping on those parts is paid by the customer.
Terms for other Everwell lines differ from the figures above. The exact terms for your model are listed on that product's page and in the documentation shipped with your unit — contact us if you need a copy of the warranty certificate. Everwell technical support: customerservice@everwellparts.com or 1-800-226-9550, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET.
Daizuki Owners
We no longer sell Daizuki equipment. If you bought a Daizuki system from us, your manufacturer warranty is unaffected — it is issued by Daizuki, not by us, and it stands on its own terms. We will still help you file a claim and pull your warranty certificate. Contact us with your model and serial number.
What's Covered
- Manufacturer-defective parts, replaced per the terms of the applicable limited warranty.
- Compressor and heat exchanger coverage on qualifying models, per manufacturer terms.
What's Not Covered
- Labor costs for warranty repairs or part replacement — this is the responsibility of your installer unless you've arranged a separate labor warranty with them.
- Shipping costs for warranty parts, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
- Damage caused by improper installation, improper sizing, unauthorized modification, lack of maintenance, or installation by anyone other than a licensed professional.
- Damage from use of a refrigerant type other than what the unit was designed for.
- Normal wear-and-tear items and cosmetic damage not affecting function.
