A complete system is a $3,000 to $10,000 purchase, and most people do not want that on one card in one go. Here is exactly how you can pay, with no vagueness about what costs what.

Pay over time with Shop Pay

Shop Pay Installments splits your order into scheduled payments instead of one charge. You will see it as an option at checkout alongside the card fields, and the exact plan and any interest are shown before you commit — nothing is hidden until after you have paid.

Approval is per order and depends on the amount and your own eligibility, so we cannot promise in advance what terms you will be offered. What we can tell you is that it is offered by Shopify's payment provider, not by us: we never see your financial details, we do not run a credit check, and we are not a lender.

If it does not appear at checkout for your order, the amount or the eligibility check is the reason, and the other methods below all work normally.

Cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are available for a faster checkout if you already use them — same price either way, no surcharge for any payment method.

The number that actually matters

Financing the equipment is only part of the picture, so it is worth being straight about the rest.

You are buying equipment from us and labour from your installer. Those are two separate bills. A contractor's bundled quote rolls them into one number, which is why it is difficult to tell what you are paying for the box versus the work. Our price is the equipment, published on every product page. Your installer quotes the labour, the permit, the line set, the pad, the disconnect and anything the job needs.

That is usually the cheaper route, but not always, and we will not pretend otherwise — if a contractor is running a promotion or has stock they want to move, a bundled price can beat buying separately. Get both numbers before you decide.

Where the rebates are

Heat pumps attract the most generous incentives currently available, because electrifying home heating is what utilities are paying for. ENERGY STAR–eligible matched systems can qualify for utility and state rebates. The federal 25C credit ended for systems placed in service after 31 December 2025 — see our 2026 incentives guide.

Eligibility is tied to the exact condenser and air handler pairing, not the condenser alone. Every complete system on this site publishes its AHRI certified reference number, which is the number rebate administrators ask for. Check your specific combination against current program rules before you order — and keep that reference number.
