HVAC Supply Pro is an equipment supplier based in Fort Myers, Florida. We ship complete systems, condensers, air handlers and ductless mini-splits across the continental US.
I still work in the trade — I own an HVAC company here in Florida — and for years I watched homeowners get quoted four times what their equipment actually cost, then charged separately to install it. The markup was never in the labor. It was buried in the box, where nobody could see it.
So we built this to sell the same equipment at dealer pricing and let you hire your own licensed installer — so you can see exactly what you're paying for, and put the difference back in your pocket.

All central equipment — condensers, air handlers and complete systems — is R-454B, the current low-GWP refrigerant generation. Our ductless mini-splits run on R-32. Either way you're buying to the current standard.

Matched systems, not guesswork
Our complete systems pair a condenser with the air handler it's AHRI-certified against. That pairing is what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid — a mismatched pair can void it. Check a pair yourself.
Real specs, not marketing
Every product page lists the model number, tonnage or BTU capacity, SEER2 and refrigerant — so you can check a match against what your contractor specified before you order.
Freight handled properly
Ships crated by LTL freight and delivered to your door on a liftgate truck — $349 across most of the country, $499 in the far West. One flat price whatever it weighs, with nothing added at checkout. Shipping & Returns.
What we don't do.
Worth saying plainly, because it saves everyone time.
- We don't install. Every system has to be fitted by a licensed HVAC professional — opening a refrigerant circuit requires EPA certification.
- We don't size systems. Get a Manual J load calculation from a contractor who has actually seen the property. Buying the wrong tonnage is expensive and can't be undone once it's in.
- We can't take back installed equipment. Once it's in, it's yours. Unopened equipment can go back within 30 days.
What we will do is talk through compatibility, matched pairings and freight before you order — and tell you honestly if buying direct isn't the right move for your situation.
