Got a price from an installer? Send it over. We'll reply with what the equipment in it costs here, by model number, so you can see how much of the quote is the unit and how much is everything else.
How it works
- Send the quote Type in what's on it, or email us a photo. The model numbers matter most; if they aren't listed, the brand, size and SEER2 will do.
- We match the equipment Same model numbers if we carry them. If it's a brand we don't sell, the same size and efficiency from Trane, RunTru or Everwell, as an AHRI-matched pair.
- You get the equipment price, delivered Units plus freight to your ZIP, in writing. What you do with it is up to you: keep your installer, ask them about the number, or buy the equipment here and hire an install-only crew.
What we will and won't do
- Price the exact size and efficiency on your quote
- Tell you whether the indoor and outdoor units are a certified matched pair — or check it yourself
- Show what's left for labor, permits and warranty once the equipment is priced — what that usually covers
We won't change the size your installer quoted. They've seen the house; we haven't. If the quote doesn't say what size it is, we'll ask — we don't guess from square footage. And it costs nothing: no account, no mailing list, a person replies.
